These single-agent formulations exhibit precise performance characteristics and stable parameters, effectively addressing key technical challenges such as wear resistance, extreme pressure performance, oxidation protection, rust prevention, corrosion inhibition, metal passivation, and friction optimization, thereby providing refined and highly compatible foundational raw materials for downstream lubricant formulation development.
In the lubricant compound products segment, our factory's product line covers all industry applications, comprising six core series: automotive oil compounds, marine oil compounds, gear oil compounds, hydraulic oil compounds, industrial oil compounds, and special-purpose oil compounds. These products are widely applicable across diverse scenarios including vehicle transmission systems, construction machinery, marine propulsion systems, industrial hydraulic equipment, general industrial machinery, and specialized equipment operating under various conditions, meeting the formulation requirements for oils under different loads, operating conditions, and environments while providing stable, efficient, and long-lasting comprehensive protection for various finished lubricants.
At this Eurasia Expo, our factory will showcase its full product portfolio, with the self-developed BSD-78662 heavy-duty vehicle gear oil composite agent as the flagship product. This product strictly complies with the dual authoritative standards GB13895-2018 (China) and ASTM D7450-2013 (USA), fully meeting the technical requirements for GL-5 heavy-duty vehicle gear oils. It features adequate levels of key functional components—sulfur, phosphorus, and nitrogen—in a balanced formulation, offering exceptional extreme-pressure wear resistance, high-temperature stability, and oxidation resistance. It effectively addresses common issues such as gear wear, pitting corrosion, and sintering in heavy-duty vehicles, significantly extending the service life of transmission systems.
In terms of practical applicability, this gear oil additive demonstrates exceptional gradient compatibility, suitable for formulating gear oils across various vehicle applications: the recommended dosage is 1.6% for medium-load GL-4, 3.2% for heavy-load GL-5, and 3.8% for ultra-heavy-load GL-5 plus premium-grade gear oils. With its advantages of low addition requirements, high stability, and cost-effectiveness, it effectively assists lubricant manufacturers in simplifying production processes, reducing formulation costs, and enhancing product quality, offering significant benefits for industrial implementation.
